During your acne treatment, you may notice a pulsing sensation. In clinical studies, patients tolerated the treatment well and were very satisfied with the treatment experience and outcomes.
After the AviClear™ acne treatment, you may experience mild redness and swelling for one hour up to two days. Acne flare-ups are common but temporary and should resolve with time. We recommend applying SPF 30+ sunblock daily throughout your treatment series.
AviClear™ laser is indicated to treat mild to severe acne on the face, but if approved by one of our dermatologists, other body areas can also be treated.
You should start seeing results around 3-4 weeks after your last treatment. Results will continue to improve over time.
